Our problem is not the medium of keeping our land records!
Our problem is the HUMAN FACTOR!
The people who maintain and manage these vital records are venal and unscrupulous!

That is the biggest job in Ghana that needs fixing. Too much corruption in it . A total turnoff for many big investors who can create plenty jobs .
