  It’s easy to say that at your end as an embassy. Can the US embassy grant a Ghanaian worker who earns 2000gh a month a visa to visit United States? The answer is NO because the embassy believes such a person will not come back to Ghana after visiting or after any other intended purpose they were issued the visa. If this same person impersonate as a business person or a medical doctor, he/she will most likely be granted a visa. This is why connection men always come in. Providing you documents to put you in the best position to be issued a visa. Connection man can change SHS graduate to PHD graduate, an unemployed to businessman, a person who can barely read a verse in the Bible to a full time Pastor filled with the Holy ghost, a galamsey person to a medical doctor. This is the work of a connection man if the US embassy care to know. So the embassy should keep their advice and give us a break. People have to spend money to travel to other countries unnecessary, just to avoid being refuse US visas because they don’t have traveling experience. WHY? God bless connection men. But please watch out, connection men can not always be trusted. Some are criminals. They will take your money and will not deliver. The US embassy should be ready. Ghanaians will try to acquire visas by all means. God bless America!

  Hold on, bro for some education. The so called connection men don't buy the dates and the Embassy simply does not not have a hand in how they get early dates. This is something anybody can do if you have the time to sit behind your computer and stay on the embassy website for hours. I have done it before and got an earlier date. The early dates come about when people cancel or re-scheduloe their interview dates due to one thing or ther other. So when someone cancels his/her interview date, it becomes available, and you have to be on the site to see it cus becasue as soon as it's avaiable, it's almost taken immediately by another person. There is no magic or connection involved in this.

  You're perfectly right on this. I know someone who charges people and sits behind the computer all day waiting for an applicant to cancel an interview and then quickly lock in the date. On the other hand if you're going to school or to an extremely important event you can also write to the embassy go give you an early date.
