There is no risk as long as managing the economy with a team that are willing to succeed. Ghana is well endowed and with the correct management team there is no excuses. It all depends on who manages it , just like how can an alcoholic industry be running at a loss? How can bank of Ghana for the first time rung at a loss or declared losses? Or national service secretariat was mismanaged to that extend whiles out children’s allowances were not even coming that affected productivity.. The list is very long. If we can not fight corruption or 3ven bring it under controlled then th3 risk. Even th3 monkeys knows these.
