What an idiot! Do Chinese judges learn Ga, Twi or even English to help them better adjudicated cases. This guy is no more than an "Uncle Tom". Chinese trying to do business MUST learn to speak and understand English so as to be able read and comply with our laws. Furthermore they must also learn a local language, just as Ghanaians in China do, if they are to live harmoniously within the Ghanaian communities they chose to live and set up their business.
