Tommy, GTEC is talking about those who use it in their official dealings including their documentations and for classification. For instance, Agradaa will not tick 'Dr' when she is completing her official document.

What about those who make herbal medicine? Dr Wonder, Dr Time daso, and a thousand of them. They have made the term Dr so cheap. GTEC must continue to crack the whip.
Yes you are right. But they have to do something to stop people who are not qualified to use the titles. It's not easy to pass through the process to earn PHD.

What about Rev. Dr. Patricia Asiedu(Agradaa) did she earn hers. If she did from which institution on earth. There are many more who use titles but cant read a just one verse in the bible.
