Honestly, I don't understand people who come to buy an apartment in Ghana. The truth is most Ghanaians don't know the etikett of living in an apartment. By this I mean a Ghanaian family can be very noisy at any time of the day. They can start pounding fufu at 8 O'clock in the evening, have church service at 7 O'clock in the morning, play music loud at 11 O'clock at night. Unlike the developed countries where there are rules governing noise making unfortunately, such rules do not exist or adhered to in Ghana. Furthermore, there is no maintenance culture in Ghana so the apartments are likely to be poorly maintained. I would rather buy a detached house than waste my money on an apartment in Ghana.
