Making fis year college edicion free is a stupid idea in my pinion. What this ndc govt ought to do work with the respective schools in offering full or partial scholarships to bright students, athletes, disabled. Secondly, the various schools must have lots of ursaried and scholarships they can apply for as students, on campus jobs and other off campus employment, internships programs where students can earn to help them.offset tuition costs. You can't have free schooling and then expect free college education also. The wealthy natuons you borrow from dont even do this...
