A party loyalist/former executive/executive working in the Agency for over 10-15 years with good academic certificate is sidelined and replace with a youth Organiser simply because he contested and won the youth Organiser position in the 2022 constituency elections. President Mahama, Chief of staff and the board should look into it. It's creating serious aparthy and killing job progression in the Agency. President Mahama didn't mean this way when he made parliament made an Act to govern the Agency. All those people Pablo has recruited are not in anyway better than the NDC members who suffered including court cases under the Nana Addo government.

Be matured and handle your grievances maturely. Some of these things will create unresolved problems for the party in the future.
