  THERE IS SOMETHING GOING ON GUAN DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICE WHICH NEEDS URGENT ADDRESS. SOME TEACHERS WERE PROMOTED SOME YEARS NOW AND COULD NOT GET THEIR PROMOTION LETTERS TILL NOW. TRACES TO THE OFFICE BY SAID TEACHERS PROVED FUTILE. THE ADMIISTRATOR AT THE OFFICE THERE WITH THE HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICERS ARE COLLECTING HUGE SUMS OF MONEY FROM SUCH TEACHERS FOR THEIR PROMOTION LETTERS TO BE TRACED. WHAT HAS THESE POOR TEACHERS DONE TO DESERVE THIS INHUMANE TREATMENT? GUAN IS A NEW DISTRICT.WHY TREATING THIS TEACHERS LIKE THAT.
