  Waec is one of the most useless institutions I have ever come across. Year after year, prior to exams, Waec paints the image of a credible organisation. But what do we see in the end? Indiscriminate leakage of question paper to the highest bidders.
  Definitely this year, in spite of all the noise Waec is making, there will be massive leakage of questions to the highest bidders.

  While some permanent WAEC staff may be culpable, the larger problem is the corrupt society we find ourselves in. Everyone is bent on cutting corners; religious leaders, teachers, educational administrators, parents, etc.

  WAEC is the problem. It has accomplices within the schools bothe private and public.. WAEC officials sell the papers to the schools and make lots of money. This is their "Cocoa" season. As long as WAEC officials are corrupt we will never a fair exams conducted. This is just like the galmasey menace, so long as government officials from the state house, ministers, MP's, DCE's, local government officials, chiefs, rich individuals, the Chinese, etc, are the major stakeholders, this menace will gain strength each year.
