Any African man with a PhD isn't willing to get dirty on the field, any leader who isn't ready to get dirty by touching a mining equipment should not be given that position. Elon Musk won't hesitate to work at a Tesla plant when needed but I don't think this socalled African doctor would work in 2 minutes at a mining sector. Such a person cannot hold a chamber of mines appointment
