Just because of a few workers you claim who have jobs the whole country must suffer the pollution and choking of drains and flooding and the oceans should receive this mess. Stop defending such high polluting products. You are aware there is no recycling of this styrofoam and it is just bulky and light and get blown about and floats choking drains. It is banned in many countries so why not Ghana. We can live without it.

Styrofoam, also known as expanded polystyrene (EPS), single-use are not typically recycled in the same way as other materials. Difficult to recycle.: Styrofoam is lightweight, bulky, and often contaminated with food or liquid, making it challenging to recycle. Not economically viable. Recycling Styrofoam can be expensive, and the economic benefits may not outweigh the costs. Best is to ban such items to save the environment.
