  Decentralised Physical planning, development planning is thrown into the dogs. Land owners, Chiefs are not going by any planning schemes as the towns and villages grow and expand in size. No roads nothing all slums from Kasoa to Winneba soon to be joined. Kumasi south all the way to Bekwai municipal soon to be one no roads. It is expected that the whole of Ghana eg Accra to Suhum and beyond will be one big slum. Elect MMDCE's to implement planned strategies on their own account. They hide their inefficiencie on the back of ruling governments
