There are lots of foolish and ignorant people in Ghana, Emanuel Amekplenu is one of them. Akufo Addo was the president and father of Ghana. He controlled our coffers. Ablakwa is a minister not the president. Above all that, his first commitment must be to the ministry he is heading. He is not the Minister For Tidal Waves. It is up to the communities affected to appeal to the Minister of Works and the President. Instead of fools like Amekplenu exploiting Ablakwa's position to help the communities get audience with the Works Ministry and the President, the fool is here talking partisan political nonsense. I hate to see the chemical composition of some of these people's brains.
