The indication is that the Ministers themselves cannot take bold decisions. The committees are associated with huge allowances, drinking of tea and other unnecessary travel expenses from their geographical locations at expense of the ordinary Ghana. In resetting, the committees too must be reset and reviewed. Resetting Agenda on course.
