I am sooooo happy reading the comments. Ghanaian men are wide awake now! What evil kwraa have we done to the Ghanaian woman? Our men and boys are gradually being emasculated through this feminist agenda. Now the boy child is gradually being left behind due to this bogus blackmailing feminist agenda. Rise up oh men of Ghana. Resist the evil agenda to strip the Ghanaian man and boy of his masculinity. What is happening to the European and American man is gradually being imported here. Resist it! There is no discrimination against the Ghanaian woman or girl. It is a deliberate mental movie designed to bring the Ghanaian boy and man down. Go to our schools, workplaces, etc and see what is happening there. Everything is being skewed to favour the Ghanaian woman and girl. Is that not discrimination? Resist this agenda!

Is this woman suggesting a GENDER QUOTA SYSTEM in our elections?
What sort of democracy imposes a candidate on a constituency to the exclusion of others, on the basis of GENDER. This is backward thinking, a clear case of Gender Chauvinism; and to call this democracy is a clear case of hypocrisy.
In any credible democracy, an electorate should have the right to vote into power the candidate who they can best expect to meet their aspirations, irrespective of gender. If any woman seeks to be voted into power, our electoral system which does not in anyway descriminate against women, provides the right environment for her to 'prove her mettle', and be elected based on merit.

somebody should educate me, maybe i am naive to fall short in understanding this gender issue here in Ghana.
1 has anybody prevented a woman to go into politics ?
2. has anybody prevented women from contesting any position in the country ?
3. is there any law that forbid women to persue education, profession
or to follow their dreams ?
why are people hide behind gender to rise to prominent mostly on Africa soil ?
is it a case of disrespect ? in spiting into our face what we should do ?
anybody who hide behind gender for promotion is a coward.
does she want to tell us that in Switzerland they discriminate against gender ?
are there any laws in switzerland that says there are certain positions in the country that are reserved for women ?
The Swiss embassy in Ghana- i want to ask her how many woman has occupied the position as against men ?
or she has evidence that when you go to our universities, colleges or schools there are laws that stop woman to do the educational programms which could elevate them to some higher positions ?
or
she want to tell us that
no matter how the qualification is , just reserve the positions for woman?
there are some woman who are more dangerous, corrupt, abusive etc than men.
For her info in Ghana here like in switzerland
the doors are open for any person who qualified .
there must not be any special treatment to any person or gender
the market must be open to any gender
henceforth stop hiding your strategies behind the X chromosome . it wont work

Madam stop your madness. Ghanaian women are not like white women. They are very corrupt and selfish. If they get opportunity, they either steal or because of big dick they are taking from their boss, they start acting like their brains don't work. The likes of Ursula Owusu should tell you that. Ghanaian women are not ready yet. The only ones who are ready are their women who have achieved higher in the academic level or those in free masonry and others who aren't afraid to take decisions. But the rest of them who gets political appointments because their party won election, I can tell you that 90% of them got those appointments after having sex with those in higher authority. Ghanaian women aren't developed mentally to be able to compete without getting favours from the opposite side. They are the highest part of the African women that trade sex for positions. So they make corrupt decisions anytime they have power. Look at the former Chief Justice and every Ghanaian woman who has been in politics or public offices. They will make decisions to protect their family rather than the state. You can't compare a Ghanaian woman to European woman. 2 different species
