In our recent past, the money sat in Accra and people had to lobby to have their share which led to those who could not lobby properly or even districts that were not pro NPP being marginalized in development. No wonder there was total rejection of the NPP at the polls. National development is meant to reach everywhere, not only political strongholds. Kudos to this administration. My vote for JDM has not been in vain.
