Exactly my thoughts. Wisdom is required to function properly with knowledge. It's the right of OSP to investigate any public official suspected of criminal conduct. But the right to disclose their health conditions to the public is absolutely theirs. It's not everything that you open your mouth wide to say. An OSP who speak so losely will never be able to successfully prosecute cases as witnessed by his no show since he assumed office. If the man is indeed sick and receiving treatment, why the impatience? Even the court will not force a sick person to appear let alone the OSP. There's a way to prosecute a person without violating the fundermental human rights. That is what the OSP is getting wrong. Yes, prosecute Offori-Atta if he's culpable. But there is certainly no legal point to force him out of hospital bed, rather than satiating personal whims and caprice which is unbefitting of an OSP. If Zoom doesn't work with his lawyers to fix a date. If you Offori-Atta gives a fake medical report it's easy to verify. SMH.

Nothing came out of that trip funded by public funds. If the OSP, is serious about prosecuting Ofori Atta, he could travel to the U.S.A. & make the necessary arrangements to interview him. Agyebeng has been played by Ofori Atta and his lawyers. Agyebeng has to be replaced; people with no experience should not be considered for the appointment. There are so many holes in Ghana's criminal justice system that give room for white colour criminals for exploitation. If 36 people can steal $28billion, and all we can do as a nation is spin around. There are well-experienced Judges now on pension, they will make better prosecutors than the jokers parading around on TV. Kissi Agyebeng show Ghanaians copies of the international Arrest Warrant issued for the arrest of Ofori Atta. The military should take note, or the assassination squad should take the politicians down one at a time. Resetting the country is a collective effort until all NPP criminals are eliminated.
