I hope the NHIA would help to track the allocation to the ministry of health, unfortunately, that is where corrupt practices are likely to erupt from. This is generally good news, we hope it gets implemented as budgeted. This time round, please don't give some to MPs to undertake any project, give it to the health agencies that already undertake such activities.
