I have a brother like that at Assin Kushea who is troubling people including our old mother who he may kill at any time . I need help from t h e police to arrest him for medical attention but they are not willing until the worse happens. I am in the USA , it is almost 1am now and l am not able to sleep.

Its a shame our medical health system isnt robust enough to deal with such persons roaming the street of ghana especially in communities.
