They were all quiet when she was assisting Akufo Addo and the npp to persecute others,she even abused her power to arrogantly overrule Bagbins ruling in parliament,she forgot about seperation of powers then,but has remembered it now that the executive which clearly has power over all the remaining arms of government,is after het for her atricities,they all were quiet then and watched her with disbelief,so if she is paying now for her sins,they dont have anything to say,she dug her own grave,stupid rulings like its ok for Sabtrokofi,Akpafu,lolobi and likpe people to be without a representation for four years,simply because they were obviously going to vote for the NDC and make the a majority,again it was ok for the people for Asin North to be without a representation for months,but it was a sin for some few constutuencies to be without Mps as ruled by Bagbin,for only one month,becsuse the Npp was going to be lesser than NDC in parliament.

Pls TV3 don't bring such uncultured people to your studio again. Pls give me a simple answer. In the whole where is Birth certificate not regarded as someone citizenship? Rather this woman said it is not but the Ghana card or passport which we used the birth certificate to acquired rather shows ones citizenship. Do you know because of that what we have to go through when we show birth certificate as proof of citizenship outside Ghana, it is totally rejected and some authorities refer you to the judicial service website for the ruling. These were all under this Chief justice, granted her removal is not partisanship, I still don't think she is the right person to continue to head our judiciary because of so many bad things she did.

My advice to the people of Tumu and its environs is that they should not vote for Dr Zaato under the ticket of the NPP. The NPP party is a criminal organization and should be avoided at all times.

If this Dr Zaato were to a man of knowledge and understanding, he would be aware that, the magistrates and judges he's criticising don't make noise publicly. If it were not so, in 2023, they would have come out in their numbers to protest when Gertrude Torkornoo was appointed CJ because her appointment was wrong.
Justice Torkornoo was appointed as a supreme court judge in 2019 and just after four years, she was made CJ. By this, she had bypassed several of her senior justices some of whom, in 2023, had been supreme court justices for more than ten years. The other judges never protested because in their profession they don't make noise publicly.
Also, Justice Torkornoo was appointed CJ at the age of 60 meaning by the time she retires at 70, she will have been CJ for 10 years. What is the tenure of the President or the Speaker? The magistrates and judges of Ghana would have protested her appointment had they not imposed a professional silence on themselves.
Clearly, Justice Torkornoo was appointed CJ to carry out NPP's parochial agenda and since the NPP is out of power, she has unfortunately become redundant. It's therefore right for her to be removed from office even without looking at the petitions seeking her removal.
