As Ghanaians is our allegiance to Ghana the country or to either NPP or NDC? Someone is being investigated for serious charges and then you even have parliamentarians calling for his release. He has been set bail and should fulfill bail requirements like every other Ghanaian to obtain bail.
Why is everything made out to be either NPP or NDC. Don't we want to see our country prosper and develop??
Even the civilian population are confronting security and preventing them from doing their job on the basis of party affiliation.
There is a big disregard for authority and everyone seems to think their opinions should be followed rather than the actual law and those charged with implementing the law.
Sometimes it feels like we have quite a lawless society!
Is Wontumi above the law? He is a Regional Chairman of a party and that is even more reason why he should be held to account!

Article 12 grants everybody his in alianable right.19 talks about fair trial,and 125 says says its only the courts that is vested with Judicial power not the Attorney General who at Article 88 is only the layer for the goverment been given the powers to prosecute.

What marvels me is extend of the noise you people who say/claim you know the law could properly reflect on the issue and advice others. It's a pity.
