  Afenyo Markin caused the rejection. He bribed all the assembly members with 25,000 cedis each. Afenyo is on record publicly declaring that he will do everything in his power to reject Henry Arthur, this hardworking constituency secretary. No wonder NPP in Effutu picked white handkerchiefs in jubilation when Henry Arthur was changed.
  
  The President and the top echelons of the NDC party must come in and bring Abraham Arthur again. He will win this time when he is nominated.
  
  He is a big threat to Afenyo Markin and Afenyo knows this very well.
