But it's a lie, how many blacks are in his Government to reflect the percentage of blacks in the country? He calls blacks dumb and not clever repeatedly including Kamala Harris etc, but calls whites like Musk smart. He's never called any black guy smart. Recently he fired a black head of an institution with no judgement.
