@Kweku. This is a classical example of a weak state. The political leaders are indecisive because they fear to lose votes during election. As a result, they are not doing the right things to uplift the country. How come that a whole 80% of the work force are not paying any tax and the political leadership are comfortable with that. The black person is not innovative hence our inability to devise a way to tax the informal sector. Instead of sitting down to think of how to generate income from domestic sources we would rather go to the white man for loans to run our country.

@Kwaku. Good idea. I hope that the political leadership will read your proposal and act accordingly. We should find innovative ways of generating income to the state. We cannot depend on only Gold and Cocoa exports.
