Just General Constable and look at what you've started with. If this guy is allowed to stay on as police office by the time he reaches the rank of Inspector he would be a danger to the service. Wow.

What were the victims thinking about? Expecting a general constable to get you into the police service. If they have genuine qualifications, why not make efforts straight ahead than to bribe themselves through?....Most Ghana ...

If they have genuine qualifications, why not make efforts straight ahead than to bribe themselves through?....Most Ghanaians like "Aben Woaha " easy life, the more reason why there are too many fake Pastors and spiritualist. The Police shouldn't waste their precious time searching for him. He didn't strangled their necks to collect the moneys.
