This energy minister apart from being an alarmist he is also showing his level of incompetency. There is what we call book knowledge and experience, his statements has exposed him as a minister. I thought he once said legacy debt is part of every government inheritance, so why is he always sounding worried about the very monster he left for the previous government to deal with. If you sign contracts like take or pay as he did before they left power in 2017, then he has no locus to complain if not for propaganda purposes.
