Check his predecessor AYOKOR BOYCHEY. A complete failure. Her command of the English language to express herself was a problem. She was a chicken in front of her counterpart overseas.   No country washes its dirty linen publicly like Ablakwa has done to the extent of closing the Embassy down. Wgst purpose will it serve to close the Embassy down.
  
  Under Rawlings when a Foreign Service Officer serving in Switzerland was found to be dabbling in cocaine by the Swiss Officials, despite the request by the Swiss Authorities for his Diplomatic immunity to be lifted so he can be prosecuted by the Swiss Rawlings refused. Instead he was recalled , tried at home and sacked from the Ministry.
  
  Ablakwa in his exuberance has goofed on this one.!
