  4. Government can also create platforms that make it easier for people to voluntarily make donations no matter how small

  The prison service should go into large scale farming to feed the inmates. Prisoner with minor sentences, should be used on the farms. They can grow large scale maize, cassava, yam, etc and even go into livestock farming. This can all boost their feeding in prisons. A go-fund me page can be set up by the prison service where government can donate some seed money or loan for this to take off. Just as prisoners are sent to cut wood , work outside accompanied by officers, they can arrange to send prisoners to private farms who will donate some of their harvest to the prisoners as a thank you for their service. Lets all help make our prison service a place to reform inmates not as a dungeon of starvation. Punishments and neglect.
