    Pls look at the law again.
    In absence of the presiding any other member can conduct the meeting. Besides it’s the 2/3 of members present.

    It simply looks like this Ablekuma North do not need any development in their constituency. Current it is the only constituency without a representative in parliament. And also trying to put injunction on the MCE election. Hm ...
