You even don’t feel disgraced to be in the public and media spaces to be arguing that lawyers of two arms of government have teamed up to remove the embattled CJ who stated without reservation that “the law is the law.” Did two lawyers equally team up from two arms of government when you were deputy AG (thus AG & then CJ) to remove Charllotte Osei from office?
Your days of misery have just begun and trust me every client will know how empty and tainted you are as you will loose all cases. Your attempts to abuse the judiciary to delay the trial wouldn’t work. The embattled CJ if she feels she is innocent should gracefully go through the trial { but as it is said in the Akan parlance “not Ghanaian parlance as you indicated,” aboa bia bewu a )pre } your struggles will end soon.
For your information your plans as NPP to be running to court consistently in the said case to frustrate the committee and other actions that may come up against some other public office holders in the future are well known and will not be countenanced.

Sory is not a bad lawyer himself. Some might even call him a fine lawyer. But with the greatest respect, those of us in the legal profession know that he is not on the same level as Dame.

And by the way, I have a question for Sory...If he says Dame's appointment as Deputy A-G was incongruous, what does he say about the appointment of Srem Sai? Srem Sai has no real pedigree in terms of legal practice in our courts, and yet I haven't heard Sory raise any objections from Sory about his appointment as Deputy A-G

Unfortunately from this lengthy response from the limping negotiation former AG Godfred Yeboah Dame to the learned Thaddeus Sory, he mysteriously refused to address a subject that is now referred to the general legal council,the negotiations with an accused person (Jakpa) against another accused person (Ato Forson) to testify wrongly and even give an unexisting excuses via sick excuse duties. Secondly in all the above responses Yeboah Dame failed to give instance of a political case he hasn't won at the Supreme Court against the NDC in his tenure as AG. In all the cases with political undertones that the npp and the government of Akufu-Addo had interest in,he won. He should address these strong concerns and stop the tomfoolery!
