  Training a human being to think and act differently is not the same as training a dog to behave in certain ways. Discipline used to be an important value in Ghana. Remember, discipline and respect are closely related. So when we lost discipline, we also lost respect for the law, for adults, for other people’s properties, indeed we lost everything. We need to retrain ourselves to value discipline and respect, and it should start with the media and our political and community leaders. When you have respect and are disciplined, you don’t steal or break any rule. In time, our children will model this behaviour and adapt them. Sankofa, it is not too late.

  The problem should be checked from all corners ,for instance ,a student can be used by a teacher against another teacher,consciously or unconsciously, and with or without a reason. Let us also look at it from this stance and design the best solutions for the situations. And how do you blame the under age student. Let us alert all students of such instances ,consequences and ways of avoidance. A teacher using a student to write false accusation letters about a colleague teacher is bad and needs to be addressed ,there is a similar Court case today in Accra,now.-Pres.Mahama,OSP,CJ,GES Director General.

  Did we Say Npp came to do something proper in Ghana here ,everything went wrong before they left power.Teachers hands were tied behind them and given students power to do anything they want .so they system spoiled for the past eight years under the npp .They went and brought foriegn policies into the system and making it strange to Ghanaian schools.

  Why are we crying now? When we defend students who insist on hairstyles against school regulations (I have the Rasta case in mind), don't we realise we're opening doors for unruly behaviour by others? Or do we think the students are stupid not to notice it? Most people defending the rasta boy were NDC members for political point scoring. The solution to indidcipline in schools should be to go back to Rules and Regulations that should be enforced rigorously by every school, without political, or religious nonsense.

  And parents who don't want their children to go through strict school discipline should withdraw them from the Free SHSs the rest of us are paying for, and enrol them in "International schools" and pay foreign exchange.

  Please leave vacancies for those teachers in court with GES during the postings of the newly and fresh young shs and basic schools teachers to avoid over staffing and other things tgat may creat a worsen situation of the case . The lawyers and judges may cause more damaging situations if left alone to do their own things to cause more delay of the cases.Put them back on their former schools pay-rolls and ask the schools to wait for them -Pres.   I would advise Pres.Mahama to scrap the judicial office off if it keeps allowing one problem to lead into another problem,thus compounding problem to mean unreliable in justice delivery. Why should it deals with cases without considering other limiting factors like time ,finance ,circumstance,speed,age,family,gov.spending on students and students fate in exams and etc. Pres.Mahama should act like a "crazy man" to correct some of these judicial mistakes.-Pres.Mahama,CJ,OSP,Director General of GES .

  Even with the GES acceptance to have offended and can no longer defend the teachers cases like that of a woman builder who confessed to have stolen a sand for not having money for purchase ,and also not knowing her actual plot of land size which has lead to encroachment , continue to suffer judicial unrest of refusal to terminate the cases to the benefit of the nation Ghana,GES and the woman builder who still hires a lawyer for freeing herself.-Pres.   Teachers are mandated to teach only students and not to teach or coach fellow teachers,per the advise of the teachers appointment letters. But teachers are forced on transfers on such missions to cause unlawful and multiple transfer. Even human resource personnel used in school is purely for students,but the requesting teacher can take advantage to learn from the hired teacher. Not forgetting that it comes with a fee which many gov.have failed to pay .-Pres.Mahama,CJ,OSP,Director General of GES.
