What's his criminal record that warrant 8 armed men to go and arrest him at dawn? Couldn't NIB have invited him or one/two personnel do the arrest? Can't NIB do their arrest without all these dramas ? Is it show of power, intimidation or what ? I see it as a waste of state resources as one officer can make the arrest without causing fear and panic in the vicinity.
