  Threats of violence against teachers is simply a sign of a broken society. Discipline, from top to bottom is broken down. To change this, all leaders in society must themselves be disciplined and show real quality leadership. With time, children will model their behaviours on what they see from adults. Sensible people should work together with the media, which has become the main source of indiscipline in our society.

Teacher unions have a long way to go if they can not protect and think of the welfare of their teachers. Human right law must be looked at in Africa. What I believe is rights go with responsibilities but enphasies are geared towards rights leaving responsibilities. If you ignore your responsibility why enjoy your right? A question to the gods.

  One of the swift actions could be the immediate need for the true category of teachers in shs that will give them the right teaching which has been the wish of every parent and guardian. The irritating effect of poor teaching breeds frustration and violent after realising disappointments of not reaching their academic goals ,and being cheated for using unqualified teachers to teach them,a deceipt at it's peak. Let us also consider the psychological effect or impact on these students to conclude on the best solutions ,brother. The risk allowance is a must to receive as Dr Smith Graham works untiredlessly to pay us. Pres.Mahama is aware that we will.

  Teachers and teacher unions are the most confused. Every education policy is condemned by the teacher groups. Free education is bad. Free laptops is bad. Increased pupil and student. Increased contact hours is bad. Everything is bad. A student is sick they are not able to release the student early to seek medical attention at home till he dies in their hands. They through unprofessional attitude canes the student till something untoward happens. They complain about food served students as if it it never happened during our time in school. I am surprised Carbonou is still there, after so many years. Let the law apply in all sectors. We didnt hear of the outcome of the 5 or 7 students who raped a fellow girl student at one of the Kwahu ridge schools. Ghana police we want to hear the final outcome of criminal cases prosecuted in court.
