  Ato Forson should release moneys for the daily operations of special schools like School for the deafs, Schools for the blinds and others. You don't control inflation by failing to meet government obligations to these Schools . How do you expect them to feed the children, pay for utilities especially electricity? Anyone could be a Finance Minister if the only policy to come out with is to refuse government obligations.
