The risks involved is not reason enough for him to use schemes to defraud the country. You mean he took exceptional risk so he shouldn't be prosecuted for crimes unrelated to this. I'll want to see how you will defend him if he were to kill your child. All presidents face risks in ruling a country but they are held accountable when they defraud their countries.
