Political appointment is the threat that is creating injustice, foolish lawyers and corrupt judges whose actions are mostly political. If most Ghanaians are not fools, they would reason with me that political appointment is the sources of poverty and lack of progress in Ghana, Africa and almost all poor countries. Democracy is very great but political appointment is the global threat that destroys the good purpose of democracy. If most MPs are not mere fools, they would amend the laws constitution of Ghana to abolish political appointments and ensure that all top public officials are elected by votes (from at least the stakeholders of respective public entities, if public voting is not feasible), so experts, instead of politicians can serve in government or public offices with great performance without any political interference but honesty, discipline and accountability.

You cannot protect fools. If you do, you may risk your life just as Nkrumah risked his life. Over 50% of Ghanaians, including some are lawyers, some judges and some highly educated people of Ghana with college degrees and high school diplomas are so foolish or stubborn to know that the practice of "Political Appointments" is the source of their real problems (unemployment, hardship, poverty, slavery, in ability to marry and the worse). Until MPS become smart and honest enough to abolish political appointments and use elections to choose all top public officials Ghanaians will never be free from slavery and the politicians themselves will never have their peace due to political battles that destroys each other. They may rather unleash what I deem as an arbitrary interpretation of the Ghana constitution that may be used to justify the arrest and detention of a whole lot of the NPP idiotic bunch.
If the argument is that no justice on our courts can sit in judgment on this case because of cases that have come before them in their respective courts then why would the suspended CJ stand a chance when the majority of the justices were appointed by NPP administrations and some promoted by the her the CJ? Godfred Dame himself stood in the UK and made claims against Mahama but failed to prove in court; therein lies his bias and grounds to be arrested for making false statements that are not borne out by data and facts.

That when am MP cross carpet by declaring his or her support for a different political party than the one he or she stood to win the seat in Parliament ?

The kind of misconstrued judgements that were stemming out from the panel with her as the Head was unfortunate.

The NPP is treating this matter as life and death . The Government must put it feet on the ground and make sure the NPP doesn't use money to influence the supreme court Judges especially the once appointed by Nana Nebu.

But foolishly allowed herself to become NNP gimmicks.
Eventually, she would live at the end to regret.
No matter what defense she has to advance in her removal, she should know that Ghana can't retain her as the CJ.
