I believe this Head of Public Relations was not in that office under the NDC in 2016, someone was removed by the NPP for her to come in after 2016. So if we don't want such a situation to continue then we all as a Country must agree not to make some of these changes after change of government.

PRO for GES at Head quarters and PRO for GES at Regional Head Quarters are they not the same or you think over there you won't have more issues to talk about or you feel demoted. Ms C'Sandra you can still be transfer to district GES as PRO. Don't worry just do your honest part.

We as a society must force the Politicians to work with the manpower they meet with few additions to protect society from these care free people. To the average Politician, self preservation is the first consideration in all matters not public good. Anyway, her appointment letter must have informed her of her obligations, if this transfer isn't contained in the letter, she can go to court. But civil society must advocate for maintaining some key positions in civil and public office to serve as a check on political office holders. That become the insurance policy for the non political persons.
