The essence of the policy intervention will be targeted at making it more an environmantally friendly policy thereby promoting a better ecosystem.

I strongly believe "Large individual energy footprint" shouldn't be a challenge, since individuals are frugal with energy in thier various homes. They may prefer not to use electrically generated sources to alterate their environmental temperature. Instead opting for natural alternatives like sitting under trees, hence, encouraging individuals in tree planting in their residence and localities.

It's a good suggestion that will help our country, not withstanding our unreliable power supply ,but, there are a lot of benefits that would be derived as a country if we looked into these best practices and adopt them
