Look, we should not blame any African country for inundation. The same happened all over the world from America, Europe to Asia. Why should we blame Ghana; go to Europe and see what uses to happen when there's heavy downpour

What is your point? If rainfall caused the floods in Europe, what about Ghana?

Long overdue. Nauseating to see people building everywhere blocking waterways, creating own narrow paths in neighborhoods.
Who authorized people to be doing this?

Is this a news? Personally, this is not news to me a bit. Floods started way back in the mid 80s when I was schooling in Accra and now I'm a pensioner. I clearly remember the day I walked from Nkrumah circle to Mamprobi simply because, Circle was flooded and no vehicle could move in the flood waters. That was in the early 90s and it has become annual rituals and no government has found the lasting solution. Structures pulled down, dredging of drainage, gutters widened etc by governments yet there is no end to this monster that haunt residents of most parts of the capital city. It will be news to me the day I will hear that after heavy down pour, minimal or no flooding occurred.
