Ban the export of natural rubber as it has been done in Cote D’Ivoire and Liberia. GREL which used to ship 60 containers a day are now struggling to ship similar quantities in a month. Fresh companies such as Yaeric co. Ltd the 2nd leading manufacturer of Natural Rubber is on the verge of collapse. The least said about Narobis co. Ltd the better. What is this business of educating farmers? Why did Liberia and Cote D’Ivoire ban these exports. Always speaking big English instead of acting. Why can’t we treat rubber just as Cocoa is treated.
