    You don't know what you are saying. If petty traders are paying taxes why not the scrap dealers? Look at the amount of ECG cables that got missing through unregistered scrap dealers. Ghana is working again.

    Good idea these collectors seen every where in our localities are thieves who even remove gutter iron covers and electrical cables at uncomplicated buildings .

    They trade in filth and their presence is presaged by plastic, paper and abandoned anything including animals. They must fence in their filth and be compelled to keep their environments a bit civilised. Ah!!.

    There is something a out Country Ghana I find amusing,It's always passing laws yet can't enforce the existing abd those they passed so what is wrong with the country???
