    DV plate are not giving at the port and it has one year duration for a car dealer to use, DP plate is what is given at the port whenever you are clearing your car to be used for 14 days and I believe the man is confused

    Maasa,go back and read the laws governing the DV number plates, why is its expiring duration 1year. You're lost.

    The man is confusing DP and DV plates, from what he said it about the DP plates not the DV plates. As a car dealer there is no guarantee that you can sell the car within two weeks that is why the DV is given for a year.

    Is he saying only car dealers have defective vehicles. DP is for 14 days but DV is not, this man has a lot of learning to do unless he is being misquoted
