Because Dominic Ayine's asking price is GHC500,000 for his 2028 Campaign kitty. If you can raise that anything is possible under him. Your guilty verdict could even turn into a bail application!
He is appealing the sentence. Presumably he is still innocent until the appeal confirms the sentence

I am not supporting either side, i want to see the AG opposing the bail in anyday in court. This nonsense must stop at all level and let the man suffer to serve as deterrent to others and also go for MENSAH OTABIL.

Good judge used his discretion. It's sad that the AG office didn't opposé the bail request for someone who is a certified thief! That's how we fight corruption AG??? We are doomed!!
With this current AG, the man will surely get his bail granted since Essian is one of the NDC financiers .
