He said, the action of the CJ fuels assertions that the courts are biased towards the Akufo-Addo Gov't.
CJ Torkenoo described Nadaa as Ghana's foremost lawyer, champion of justice, the most distinguished legal practitioner, a believer in the rule of law. This is unwise and laughable.
A Chief justice who is likely to serve under different presidents must be seen to be neutral. Unwise because, singing praises about a president who elected u tantamounts to telling the world about where your allegiance is. Saying that Nadaa is the most distinguished legal practitioner is laughable. Was it not the same Nadaa who signed an Ameri contract rewritten by Agyarko and later when it backfired, Nadaa said he did not read it yet he went ahead to sign it? The CJ deserves what is currently happening to her after telling us where her allegiance is culminating in her open bias to select a bias panel which adjudicated in the famous FC decisions in sweeping cases.

In 2001 Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, as Ghana's Attorney General charged Mr.Tsatsu Tsikata for causing financial lost to the state.
However, Ghana being a member of the United Nations Organization which Convention on Human Rights states that no member of the organization must enact a law that will take retrospective effect.
The act that Tsatsu Tsikata was alleged to have committed happened several years before Ghana's Act of Causing Financial Lost or Cost to the State was enacted.
That case alone shows clearly that Nana Akufo-Addo and former President John Kufuor don't understand the rule of law.
