  Talk is cheap African leaders. They always talk and do nothing. Common basic sanitation in Ghana is a big problem in the country. We can't even clean our cities, towns, and villages. Our streets are with cattle, sheep, goats, pigs all over destroying our back yard gardens. Where are our leaders allowing these strange animals roaming on our streets? You can't find such things in Europe, North America. Our streets are full of cattle shits. Oh my God Africa leaders. The country is full of lawless. The police, and judges don't care.
