    The traffic situation after the remedial works on that stretch is even higher than before so how can driver overspeed

    That stretch need 3dual lanes for easy movement. The place is fully developed is leading into a lot of very important Region and businesses. Rehabilitation is not what needed. Is a whole construction, please.

    Does the road don't have speed limit for contractors to be advising about overspeeding? When a road is constructed or renovated, you need to place traffic boards/signals on its side to serve as traffic regulations.
