  There has been no judgment. The decisions on the motions are not the final judgment. We will see if the judge really only told the jury they can only award nominal damages. And we will see if it is true that despite plaintiffs testimony, he failed to establish reputational harm in the form of humiliation when there is no dispute that actual malice was established. Then we will see if a judge can alter a jury verdict by ignoring audio-visual evidence of actual malice and plaintiff's testimony on reputational harm, exceeding the limited scope of review for excessiveness, and fail to provide reasoned justification without abusing his discretion and committing reversible error.
