Let's remember the foreigners didn't come to Ghana and secure their galamsey site without Ghanaian collaboration or support. For me l wish we amend the 1992 constitution and the criminal code so that Ghanaians who collaborate with foreigners to destruction of our forest, land resources, water bodies commit the crime of treason.If we stick to this principle, Ghana our beloved country will be free for ever.

Mahama when in opposition demanded from Akuffo Addo to declare a state of emergency on galamsey in forest reserves and water bodies but what stops Mahama from declaring state of emergency?
