Dollar is not a legal tender in Ghana and a government appointee is riding on the streets of Accra with dollars packed in his car, to buy or pay for what ? Who knows how much he has stored in the house? Until Cecilia Dapaah is officially charged for stealing or whatever, I will support her. After search in her house, bank accounts frozen and all that, was she found culpable ? If the so-called ORAL team is not there to intimidate political opponents, why is it that the team is quiet and has not searched Sammy Gyamfi's residence ? We all heard how Sammy Gyamfi criminalised Cecilia Dapaah when she reported the stealing in her house to the police. No government appointee is paid in dollars so ORAL team must not sleep over it but prompt Richard Jakpa to act. Period

No one has proven Sammy Gyamfi stole money to dole out like confetti, and so too has anyone proven Cecilia Dapaah and husband stole anyone's money. So how does one become a scandal and not the other? We all know those who has worked throughout their lives and those who haven't!
